Compared to last year, this has been greatly difficult, but more fun. When we filmed and planned things last year, it was a lot less complicated, we barely got into detail with costumes or setting or anything else. It was like learning the basics. However now, it's more complexed and you have to interpret things differently. When it came down to planning this year, it was harder. We had to consider each possible factor of camera work, and muse-en-scene. unlike last year it was rushed and we didn't agree on pretty much anything, this made it harder to film and to do group work. However i'm confident in our group for this year i'll produce a much better outcome.
I hoped that we'd sort out all the locations and filming dates etc and not make the same mistakes as last year, however the least minute plans still came about. Which is something I disliked during this process. The great things about my group is that we work well together, yes we may have different ideas but we all contribute and our goal is to make the best music video. By having different ideas is harder in terms of getting them across, but no one dominates the group which makes it easier. We all listen to each other, and make an alternative plan.

Because it's a music video you'll need a few different locations for base tracks as well as costume changes. It was hard to decide the locations as there were so many places and so many undiscovered places to film in. I feel like we have a great source of different locations which will make out music video look better, and also amazing props. Compared to last year which was minimal amounts of locations which wasn't thought though and props. However I think that even though we knew what locations to film in e.g.e South Bank, we didn't exactly know where to film. We lost time because of this as we walked around in the rain to find a decent place to film. I think we need to make a new production schedule and stick to it.
