As we heard the song we didn't want to look at the video because as soon as we did we would have the same concepts which isn't what we wanted. although some things are similar their not completely the same. Our ideas came from many places such as locations we've seen, inspired by other music videos, what we've seen on music videos and even adverts.
Creative Inspirations Explained
The idea of our music video is to have fun. were trying to illustrate the title of the song 'let it go' to do this we decided to have fun within the music video but keep the conventional studio in which is why were using the white screen. our creative inspirations came from different videos one being foxes youth with the bright colours kind of like a circus within the first 2 minutes of the music video and the use of the colour bombs came from the boohoo advert. we thought it looked bright and colourful which would fit well with our theme.
Post Production inspirations Explained
these came from 'I will never let you' when it goes from black to colour when she screams 'hey' which emphasis's it. We thought they way they did it was original and again would go with our song. The second video that influenced us was 'London Adventures' which is about the friends who are having a good time in London and filming it at the same time. We noticed their use of camera technique was really interesting and when it comes to post production we want to incorporate the way they made the footage faster at certain points or slowed it down.

When it comes to costume there wasn't as much inspiration because we already knew what we were going for but as we watched videos like London adventure and foxes youth it was about feeling free and comfortable so it will look casual with the influence of pop colored costumes.
