In June we started our A2 media lessons where we started to
research music videos. We watched music videos from all different genres to
gain more knowledge about the typical conventions of music videos. While
watching the videos we had to make sure to look for the type of costumes,
setting and lights used. We watched videos such as You know you like it by
Aluna George, who’s video appeals to teenagers from the ages of 16 and over.
The video is very fast moving and energetic, the colours are very neutral to
provide a bright setting for the video.
